Terms of Service

The short version. dqrkis automates Discord user accounts (a "self-bot"). This violates Discord's Terms of Service and can get accounts banned. You use your own accounts entirely at your own risk. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using dqrkis (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use dqrkis.

2. What the Service does

dqrkis connects to Discord using tokens you provide and automatically interacts with message components (such as clicking "join queue" buttons) and, optionally, sends messages on your behalf. You are solely responsible for how you configure and use it.

3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You may only add Discord accounts that you own or are authorized to control.
You acknowledge that automating a user account breaks Discord's Terms of Service and community guidelines, and may result in account termination by Discord. dqrkis has no control over Discord's enforcement.
You will not use the Service to harass, defraud, spam, distribute malware, or violate any law or third party's rights.
You will not attempt to breach, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data.

4. Accounts & security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Discord tokens you add are encrypted at rest, but no system is perfectly secure; you provide them voluntarily and accept the associated risk.

5. Plans, payments & refunds

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance for the stated period. Prices and features may change with reasonable notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uptime, latency, or that any queue will be joined or any outcome achieved. Discord may change its platform at any time and break functionality.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, dqrkis and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any account bans, lost access, lost opportunities, or lost data arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms or to comply with the law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
